Ineffective product imagery and inconsistent typography. • Goals Modernize the website’s look and feel to align with current design trends. Improve navigation and product discovery to Ensure a fully user-friendly experience. Create a consistent visual identity across all pages. • Process - Research & Analysis: Reviewed competitor websites to identify modern furniture e-commerce trends. Conducted a UX audit of the existing site to pinpoint usability issues. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Created low-fidelity wireframes to restructure product pages and navigation. Developed high-fidelity prototypes with updated branding and typography. - Visual Design: Adopted a clean, minimalist style with generous white space. Selected warm, neutral color palettes to complement product photography. Enhanced product images with better lighting and larger display sizes. - Usability Testing: Tested prototypes with target users to refine layout and interaction patterns. • Outcome Bounce rate reduced by 27% after launch. Average session duration increased by 40%, indicating improved engagement. Positive feedback from both customers and the client on the modern, intuitive design.
